CURRICULUM DEADLINES (download deadline flyer):

• GE courses - Wed., November 4, 2009 (5:00pm)- DONE
• NON-GE courses - Wed., December 2, 2009 (5:00pm)
• Certificates & Degrees - Wed., Feb. 24, 2010 (5:00pm)
• Distance Learning Courses - Any time before the quarter it is being offered
  
  → Courses due for review Fall 2009 (2009-2010 List)
  → What courses have been approved and what courses are pending review for the 2010-2011 Catalog? (Report)

*Courses or certificates/degrees requests submitted after the deadline date will be included in the following year's catalog.  Failure to take action on a course or certificate/degree that is due for a 5-year revision will result in the course or certificate/degree being deleted from the 2010-11 catalog.

*Meeting the deadline date means completion on both of these tasks: (1). You have finished revising your course in ECMS, and (2). You have gotten proper signatures for the forms, made copies, and submitted the forms to the Curriculum Office.
